Since Dennis passed away, the service is going downhill. Cesar does not keep his word on appointment dates or times. Says one thing, then never shows up or bothers to call. Service needs to improve overall. Definitely not like before, changing for the worse……

I was extremely overcharged for pairing a key fob to my car. $389. It takes only five minutes to do. That’s double what you can expect at a dealership (which don’t have the most reasonable rates to begin with).

On top of that an $80 service call charge and $70 dollars to “jump start” my car, which was totally unnecessary. The battery was a bit low so he offered to attach to his battery just to make sure the car started to test the key pairing. I had no idea he was going to charge for that and if I had I would have used my own cars because the work was done at my house.

So I paid over $500 for about an hour of work, including the 30-40 minutes driving time to and from my place.

I filed a compliant but was simply told there was nothing they could do because I signed the receipt. Yes, I admit that was my mistake. It doesn’t matter if the prices or services are unreasonable because I signed it. Fair enough I guess.

Overall, just a $500 lesson in what not to do when dealing with these kinds of services.
