I called this locksmith and spoke with Junior. He came to our house and fixed our garage door cuz the key got stuck. He was professional, efficient, respectful and kind too. This place is a little hidden on the side of the plaza — you have to go down a staircase to find it. The owner is super friendly and the prices are great: $5 for a regular key and $5.50 for a mailbox key. The service is unbelievably fast! I had 5 keys made and it took less than 5 minutes. Definitely recommend if you need keys copied!

I am unbelievably happy with the service I got from this guy !!!! I had used them once before because they were local. I locked myself out of my front door, but this was something different. I had an electric bike and during moving stuff I had Lost the keys to the electric batteries, which was an absolute nightmare. I had even bought a separate spare battery in case I wanted a trip so I literally couldn’t use two separate horribly expensive batteries because I’ve lost the keys. Of course I find out the bike is discontinued. No one will take the job. I call six other locksmiths. I happen to ask him and he says yeah no problem. .. He was here almost immediately. He had to take both batteries home. He was able to pry the first one off the bike without hurting it in anyway, and he brought them back with two new matching keys for both batteries. I was really afraid this whole electric bike was gonna go in the trash and thank God the guy was able to do that. No one else would even attempt to do it. This guy is seriously a pro.💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖

Very friendly, I came to get second key.
My work vehicle is older. The doors were not unlocking easily this caused my key to fracture (crack) They lubricated all the locks and made adjustments with no extra charge. They made me two keys programmed and everything for $110 for a good deal
Most places charge $150 for one key

Good quality horrible service. The guy working there was very rude no manners no customer service. I was a bit of a jerk. I do not recommend using their services unless you like getting treated poorly. The person working behind the counter was a younger man. I’ve been going to the spot for years and up until now, I’ve never been treated like that. I spent $48 there on keys. I don’t get it you go there you’re spending your money there, but you get treated like a jerk. That’s the last time they’ll collect any money from me. I am born and raised in Oxnard and believe in spending my money locally on shops like this instead of going to Lowe’s Or Home Depot. Where is the customer service?
