Alex was fantastic! He came out to my house and made and programmed a new key for my 2007 Honda CR-V right in my driveway. I called a few different locksmiths before deciding, and I chose Alex because he was by far the friendliest and easiest person to talk to. He answered all my questions, was honest about the process, and made everything simple. He showed up on time, got the key cut and programmed quickly, and everything worked perfectly. Great customer service, fair pricing, and a genuinely nice guy. I highly recommend Alex if you need an automotive locksmith!

Do not hesitate to call! He is your man. He is so polite and professional. I was skeptical at first this is my first time calling someone based on google but the dealership was too expensive his price is was way better. He travel and came to my house within 40 mins fast and reliable. I had lost my car key. I wish there were an option for Zero Star score, We paid to have Five Door Locks replaced on Friday 27h. Seemed fine at first, but one door did not lock properly with the key. When the technician returned, he was unprofessional, disrespectful, and failed to fix the issue. Instead of taking responsibility, he attempted to charge us for his own mistake. He also displayed unacceptable behavior, including dropping the key on the floor, refusing to pick it up, and whistling to get my attention before drop the key to floor. If you’re paying for a service, you expect the entire system to work correctly and to be treated with respect. Unfortunately, this experience ensured I will not use this service again.
Is unfortunately company take bad reviews for unprofessional tech. We have video and evidence.

I cannot say enough good things about Busy Bees Locks & Keys on Jefferson Avenue! They were extremely helpful, very kind, and highly professional from the moment I walked in.

The minute key machine at Walmart is certainly convenient. But HOME DEPOT or LOWES , or anywhere, will be 1/4 of the price.

This machine also claims it can program, NOT CUT, Car keys. That unfortunately is NOT the case. I tested the machine and found nothing to offer in that department.

Scheduled day before was able to come next day and fix damaged hinge on trailer. did great work knocked out repair with in a hour. Door closes like it never got bent to begin with definitely would recommend if a repair is needed

I would like to say that I did not have the option to choose color or design for my keys. I was making house keys for my kids and myself so I purchased more than 1 key. I saw there was a key that said home and with color as I would not write on my keys for safety reasons I sure the kids would had like their own key to be different. I also was having issues with the payment the machine keep asking for me to either insert or swipe my card wouldn’t let me and I had to redo it a few times
