After being scammed by a different company that took $150 and never finished the job, I reported them to the BBB and reached out to Sentinel Locksmith. They honestly told me they weren’t familiar with my specific lock and recommended Brucar Locksmith—what a great referral!

The office manager, Debbie, was so empathetic to my story and booked me straight away. Joe showed up right on time and texted before arrival. He was friendly, professional, and fixed my lock on the spot. This was a huge relief since the scammer claimed he needed to order a $550 part and would take a week. If you need a locksmith, call Asher at Sentinel. I lost the last key I had to both locks on my 26 year old truck camper shell. I first called another local locksmith and was promptly told they did not do this type of work. I next called Sentinel and discussed my situation with Asher. I texted him some photos of the locks and he responded that he could order two (2) new locks and get them installed. The parts came in a week early and arrangements were made to get the job done at my house. Asher was on-time and very professional. He knew exactly what to do and the job was completed in a short amount of time. The price was also very reasonable. Sentinel is now my new go to locksmith. I highly recommend this company.

Barak Lock & Key is the Best!
I’ve had the same lock since moving into my condo 12 years ago. Lock itself is original and more than 40 years old. Finally decided to get the deadbolt rekeyed to match the lower lock as I never had one.
Barak came out, replaced the entire deadbolt lock with a new one and rekeyed it to match the lower lock too.
He wasn’t satisfied with the lower lock smoothness when twisting the handle. He took it apart and found a broken piece from a previous lockout repair. He had the spare part in his truck and replaced it. He didn’t leave until he was satisfied that all was perfect. Everything now works like it was brand new and the price was more than fair. I made a duplicate key at a key me kiosk. It works perfectly in my lock. Other times when I have had keys made at other places, they have not worked well. I will use their kiosk again.
