Someone had tried to break into a box on our utility truck and damaged the lock, rendering it inoperable. Brought it in and Ryan was very professional and was able to get the box open within a matter of minutes. He even provided us with the correct replacement lock for the box. Highly recommend these guys.

I am beyond grateful for Gary’s help. I was out of town dealing with an unexpected emergency, and he responded quickly, calmly, and with genuine compassion.

It’s rare to find a service provider who combines technical skill with empathy. Gary was accommodating and worked his magic. Barak Lock & Key is the Best!
I’ve had the same lock since moving into my condo 12 years ago. Lock itself is original and more than 40 years old. Finally decided to get the deadbolt rekeyed to match the lower lock as I never had one.
Barak came out, replaced the entire deadbolt lock with a new one and rekeyed it to match the lower lock too.
He wasn’t satisfied with the lower lock smoothness when twisting the handle. He took it apart and found a broken piece from a previous lockout repair. He had the spare part in his truck and replaced it. He didn’t leave until he was satisfied that all was perfect. Everything now works like it was brand new and the price was more than fair. Big Thanks Barak !!

I made a duplicate key at a key me kiosk. It works perfectly in my lock. Other times when I have had keys made at other places, they have not worked well. I will use their kiosk again.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Was too expensive, about 11 dollars for the standard key. It asked if I wanted to make a second copy for 30% off and I did. But it never gave me the second key and charged me for both. Since it is a machine and doesn’t print out a receipt the Vons employees couldn’t help me. I called their corporate office and they said they could only authorize a refund of 8 dollars which isn’t even the cost of 1 of the keys!
