Can I give more than 5 stars?
We used Kustom Locksmith Service, S.C.S.C. when we first moved in a few years ago. Excellent service. So, no doubt, we kept their business card. Today, I locked myself out. Called Kustom Locksmith Service immediately and they answered right away. Told me that they could have someone here in about 30 minutes….music to my ears!! (Thank God.)
Al arrived and is one of the most friendly and professional vendors we’ve ever interacted with — ever. His work was very transparent, as he explained to us precisely what was going to happen with “this” type of lock on the door and what would be involved with getting the situation remedied.
My husband went to our nearby Home Depot to get the same doorknob and we asked if Al could come by a short time later. He did, as it was no problem.
We are so RELIEVED and grateful that we have these guys as our “go-to” as a high quality, professional, timely, and affordable vendor. We did not find the service call and work involved “outrageously” priced…it was rather reasonable.
So, thank you Al and thank you SCSC (Laguna Hills location) ! 🙂

Ben came when my front door wouldn’t open. What a lifesaver. He asked a few questions then pulled out a tool and opened it like a charm. He fixed what was broken and was fast and pleasant. The cost was reasonable and I would highly recommend this locksmith to anyone!

Meir was extremely helpful!! Lost the key to my car last minute as my family and I were leaving the beach. We called over 15 different companies that were unable to come and make a key on the spot. I don’t even want to give this place 1 star. The lady I just spoke on the phone with on 02/02/2022 sounded very annoyed just answering the phone. Simple questions were asked and her responses were just rude and sounded agitated. Get someone who actually wants to work there with better customer service skills!

Made keys for home, machine was easy to use and all key copies worked perfectly. System is easy to use, just follow directions. Keys are a little more expensive than some locations but the convenience was worth it. Could offer a few more selections in designer keys.

Super fast and easy. Other than me contemplating if I should my favorite NFL team key made and wait for it to be mailed or get the plain key instantly…you can be done in under 5 minutes. I had 3 keys made and it’s so convenient.

ND Locksmith came over to my house which was locked out and he managed to get me inside my house. He came within 30 minutes right after I called them from google.

The technician was friendly and kind and explained what he was doing and he told me the price before he did any job which I liked and I agreed to the price.

Overall good experience and a great locksmith company here in Orange County, I would say the best. I recommend ND Locksmith 10/10.

There’s a reason the have 5 stars. My car key was worn paper thin and truly seemed impossible to get replaced. These guys took their time, and managed to get me 2 copies! On top of world class service, everyone at the shop is very kind and hospitable. Absolutely recommend this place
