Michael came out to our house today to make some new keys for our door. We had misplaced all of them over the years. He was one of the nicest, most professional young men I have ever dealt with. The work that this company did was horrible. you should never use them. they said they would issue me a partial credit, but they did not do so. They texted me a credit receipt, but they never put it thru on the credit card. I would not trust this company.

Meir was extremely helpful!! Lost the key to my car last minute as my family and I were leaving the beach. We called over 15 different companies that were unable to come and make a key on the spot. We called Meir and within 30 minutes, they arrived and made a key. Helped us before the car got towed !!! Great efficient service

I was making an extra house key and I gave the kiosk a try. I must say, I’m really disappointed. Even the cheapest option is $8, and you have to pay $2 extra for an “accurate cut.” Like having an accurate key should require an extra service? Inspecting the key more closely, the cut looks really sloppy. A cut at the Home Depot is like 1/4 of the price and much better quality.

Made keys for home, machine was easy to use and all key copies worked perfectly. System is easy to use, just follow directions. Keys are a little more expensive than some locations but the convenience was worth it. Could offer a few more selections in designer keys.

Terrible job. The machine gave me “not a key” when I purchased a key. It had no teeth and was basically the key before the machine was suppose to grind teeth on it. The Home Depot where I was had me go to a key maker and the guy made sure I left with a proper key. 10/10 would never recommend. Thank goodness I actually checked before I left. No photos due to the fact they had to take it back.

Can I give more than 5 stars?
We used Kustom Locksmith Service, S.C.S.C. when we first moved in a few years ago. Excellent service. So, no doubt, we kept their business card. Today, I locked myself out. Called Kustom Locksmith Service immediately and they answered right away. Told me that they could have someone here in about 30 minutes….music to my ears!! (Thank God.)
Al arrived and is one of the most friendly and professional vendors we’ve ever interacted with — ever. His work was very transparent, as he explained to us precisely what was going to happen with “this” type of lock on the door and what would be involved with getting the situation remedied.
My husband went to our nearby Home Depot to get the same doorknob and we asked if Al could come by a short time later. He did, as it was no problem.
We are so RELIEVED and grateful that we have these guys as our “go-to” as a high quality, professional, timely, and affordable vendor. We did not find the service call and work involved “outrageously” priced…it was rather reasonable.
So, thank you Al and thank you SCSC (Laguna Hills location) ! 🙂

The heater did not work, the room was freezing and my grandson and I got a cold because of it. We called in for repairs and no one came by to fix it, we said here 3 nights. And the temperature here was really cold.
The TV did not work well, no microwave or small fridge and with kids that is needed.
(Only good thing was)->The cleaning lady was great and really helpful..
