Good service friendly people. Took 30 minutes to get here only complaint is the price they didn’t have prices anywhere when I checked and charged me 295 to open my car after I locked the keys in. None the less they got it done quick great job.

I’m so glad that we went with this locksmith! He went above and beyond for us after we got the keys to our new place.

After noticing some of the doors didn’t latch properly, he immediately got out his tools make sure the doors lined up perfectly. I’m so thankful that he did this, it saved us a whole other project we didn’t even know we had! Will be using him again 🙂

Michael came out to replace a broken lock on our vinyl gate He was professional, helpful & was able to come out same day. Told us he could try to repair it instead of replacing it to save us some money. He then cleaned the vinyl gate that had a tiny bit of grease on it. What a great guy. We had 2 other CO’s come out & try to overcharge us & we’re very pushy about a service fee eventhough they were unable to fix or diagnose the problem. We will definitely use him again & refer him out to neighbors.

Would absolutely not recommend this locksmith. They are extremely overpriced — I paid $385 just to have my car door opened. The technician was unprofessional over the phone and said he would give me a quote before starting. When he arrived, he started explaining different ways he could open the door, and before I even realized it he had already begun working without giving me a quote first. Only after he finished did he tell me the price. Save your money and go somewhere else

Made keys for home, machine was easy to use and all key copies worked perfectly. System is easy to use, just follow directions. Keys are a little more expensive than some locations but the convenience was worth it. Could offer a few more selections in designer keys.

I called on a desperate Saturday afternoon needing help for my car key fob that suddenly stopped responding. He did not answer the phone. Some weird confusing phone answering system answered. Called twice. Left a message, eventually. He called back and referred me to call another man “Kenny”. At a 949- area code. He said he was “the expert”. Kenny answered phone and was a little hard to understand, sounded like he was driving or something, but he would have still been hard to understand. Anyways, he quoted pricing on two different scenarios, one of which would result in getting a “not guaranteed” reprogrammed key fob , the other, getting a new key fob. Both prices of which were way more expensive than everyone else I called in that desperate afternoon. So, ultimately, there was no help given, and no help received.

I was making an extra house key and I gave the kiosk a try. I must say, I’m really disappointed. Even the cheapest option is $8, and you have to pay $2 extra for an “accurate cut.” Like having an accurate key should require an extra service? Inspecting the key more closely, the cut looks really sloppy. A cut at the Home Depot is like 1/4 of the price and much better quality.
