Such an easy experience. Much better than hunting up a service person at the local hardware store. I got two keys and both work in the door. I’m so glad I found the kiosk in my local grocery store.

This place is a little hidden on the side of the plaza — you have to go down a staircase to find it. The owner is super friendly and the prices are great: $5 for a regular key and $5.50 for a mailbox key. The service is unbelievably fast! I had 5 keys made and it took less than 5 minutes. Definitely recommend if you need keys copied!

My rating is for the price only. The technician came and he explained what was the situation and the outcome but I think $220 to break a lock to open the door, not to mention $29.00 just to come to the site, is too much. And after breaking your lock they will charge you extra $50.00 to replace it. At the end we paid $272.00 to open a locked door and still have a damaged lock. I won’t use them again. What a rip off!

We hired Nela to repair/finish a job which another locksmith failed to complete. Luis was responsive, gave clear instructions on what parts I needed to order in advance of his visit. He arrived on time and did a great job. Highly recommended.

Super convenient. Key works great. I’ve used this kiosk a few times. Definitely recommend for a quickie key copy. Only nick is the limited choices in key style options. They tease you with tons of options, but then it takes days before delivery and too much personal info required. But if you just need a key copy, this kiosk is super handy.
