Shawn was awesome getting my keys out of my locked car. It was a Friday evening, after 5pm, 95°. He came over within 15 min (it’s a small town). It was a tough job, I have tinted windows and a couple with sun reflectors on one side and windshield. Using a variety of tools, he didn’t give up and between he and son, they were able to get the keys. Nice guy 😊!!

Out of the three keys that I wanted it cut one key twice and didn’t cut the third key at all, so I had to buy a fourth key.

Bruce arrived at our place in Independence and helped us when we couldn’t find anyone even through road side assistance to unlock my friends’car. He is super nice and professional. Prices are fair. Grazie Bruce!!!

I made three keys at the kiosk at the local Lowes. All keys were terrible. Only one barely worked. I wound up going to the small local Ace Hardware to make the keys. I will never use this service again. Big waste of time and money.
