Absolute scam for locked car. Quotes $60 over the phone despite assurances it’ll only be that amount then $300 in person. Says 15 minutes but took 70. But Can be brow beat to taking $100: be willing to haggle and have cash.

But better to call AAA or other locals they all charged less than $150 and would show up on time.
