Adrian was my lifesaver tonight. After a long day at work, coming home late in the dark and I realized that all four of my keys were inside my home. I called locks around the clock and talked to Sean who explained to me how it all worked and someone would be at my place within 45 minutes. Adrian showed up to my place and was able to get me in my home immediately and the price was very reasonable. Took my front door dead bolt because key was sticking and unable to unlock. They quickly inspected it, cleaned ,lubricated and advised to reinstall. So far it’s working perfectly. I appreciate their honesty and will definitely consider them for any future work.

I accidentally locked myself out of my home during the later evening hours. Andrian was quick to arrive given hour and the fact he was already servicing another client. Once he arrived at my home he worked efficiently and got the job done quickly. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. The price was reasonable for the type of job and the time of day. Keys took a long time to make, were expensive…and didn-t work. KeyMe actually followed up to see if they worked and when I shared my experience remedied it quickly and fairly. Customer service made up for an otherwise bad experience with the machine.
