Adrian was my lifesaver tonight. After a long day at work, coming home late in the dark and I realized that all four of my keys were inside my home. I called locks around the clock and talked to Sean who explained to me how it all worked and someone would be at my place within 45 minutes. Adrian showed up to my place and was able to get me in my home immediately and the price was very reasonable. I accidentally locked myself out of my home during the later evening hours. Andrian was quick to arrive given hour and the fact he was already servicing another client. Once he arrived at my home he worked efficiently and got the job done quickly. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. The price was reasonable for the type of job and the time of day. Took my front door dead bolt because key was sticking and unable to unlock. They quickly inspected it, cleaned ,lubricated and advised to reinstall. So far it’s working perfectly. I appreciate their honesty and will definitely consider them for any future work.

Keys took a long time to make, were expensive…and didn-t work. KeyMe actually followed up to see if they worked and when I shared my experience remedied it quickly and fairly. Customer service made up for an otherwise bad experience with the machine.

Terrible, awful service. Bought a key at a kiosk, it went in and then wouldn’t come out, even with a pliers. Their answer was for me to pay for a locksmith. It would be cheaper for me to buy a new electronic deadbolt than to pay for a locksmith.

I met nick ever since the beginning he’s been very helpful with the diagnosis and he cleaned the area were my vehicle was leaking oil from. It was a big job for my caddilac and he said he could do it wile others gave me the run around..he gave me a time frame of when it will be done and he delivered! also he fixed my oil leak and then my transmission line started leaking randomly and he fixed that too!! Every time I use the Kiosk for MINUTE KEY, the keys always work and I like how you can save a digital copy. You don’t have to have the key to get a copy after digital copy is saved. I bought 10 for my HOA pool.
