I accidentally locked myself out of my home during the later evening hours. Andrian was quick to arrive given hour and the fact he was already servicing another client. Once he arrived at my home he worked efficiently and got the job done quickly. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. The price was reasonable for the type of job and the time of day. Adrian was my lifesaver tonight. After a long day at work, coming home late in the dark and I realized that all four of my keys were inside my home. I called locks around the clock and talked to Sean who explained to me how it all worked and someone would be at my place within 45 minutes. Adrian showed up to my place and was able to get me in my home immediately and the price was very reasonable. The process was easy and fast, the keys work in the lock, and we got 3 for the price of 2. About the same price as keys cut elsewhere. So all in all I would come back.

Terrible, awful service. Bought a key at a kiosk, it went in and then wouldn’t come out, even with a pliers. Their answer was for me to pay for a locksmith. It would be cheaper for me to buy a new electronic deadbolt than to pay for a locksmith.

This location does not make car key copies. Although it states in their services that they do make Auto keys “dealership grade at half the price” then I come here and see this sign on the machine. So that was misleading and a waste of my time.

Every time I use the Kiosk for MINUTE KEY, the keys always work and I like how you can save a digital copy. You don’t have to have the key to get a copy after digital copy is saved. I bought 10 for my HOA pool.
