I had an amazing service, he was quick and the key was perfect. Even answered my call on Christmas! I bought my bmw at an auction, so the key fob was not cut and didn’t work for the doors. He cut my current key and gave me a new one too, which works perfectly. I 100% recommend going through this company!

We have been having issues with our office security door not working correctly for months. The prior vendor that had done the work was simply not responsive. I received a recommendation to use FlyLock earlier this week. I called and spoke with Matt on Tuesday morning. Four hours later, a member from his team, Justin, was able to stop by the office and provide his input for our doors. He sent me a quote later that night, and even stated he would price match a prior quote I had received. Today, Friday morning, two of his techs, Cameron and Ryan, arrived and spent three (3) hours working on our door. Before replacing all the hardware, they took the time to troubleshoot. It turns out, there was an alignment issue with our doors. Cameron and Ryan were able to resolve our malfunctioning security doors without needing to take them down or replace the hardware. FlyLock was able to bring our office peace of mind, excellent customer service, and quickly fixed our security door. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

Easy process for copying keys. Got 4 keys at a Ralph’s kiosk that all work. Slightly more expensive, but convenient.

This is my second time using the KeyMe kiosk at my grocery store. My fiance needed a copy of his vehicle ignition key and the process was again convenient, fast, easy & affordable. Being an ”06 Toyota, I was able to scan the original at the kiosk and a new transponder key was shipped to us within a week. Once the key arrived in the mail, I tried using it to manually unlock, lock and start the vehicle and the key worked perfectly. I would highly recommend KeyMe. Thank you!

Peter is the best.

Due to a faulty front door handleset, I’ve locked myself out of my house – twice!

The first time, I couldn’t get a hold of Peter; the other guys drilled out 2 deadbolts and it took about an hour. Then, a few days later…I did it again.

I was able to contact Peter this time and he performed the same operation in much less time – without having to destroy the 2 existing deadbolts.

He then fixed the main issue and everything works now.

We should all have Peter on speed-dial.

So I had my car key I bought from Amazon cut and reprogramed by this business. When the locksmith quoted me a price he told me $300. I have read from comments that this job should be $80-100 so you can imagine my surprise. I was then asked to pay the locksmith via Venmo instead of using a credit card. I have called other local locksmiths and they told me it should be no more than $150 for this job. Save yourself some money and go to “Ken’s Locksmithery” instead they are only a couple minutes away and will do the job for half of the price these crooks did. I feel cheated and I’m here to prevent you from being taken advantage of like I was.

*Reply to the owners comment: I already called the customer service team and emailed multiple times and they blamed a third party and said it wasn’t their problem since they reached out to somebody else.

The process to have the keys made was easy. However, the payment process was not as I stood there for close to 5 minutes because the machine would not move forward. I had to call a store clerk over and he had to go back to the prior screens a few times before it accepted my payment

I called they told me about 10 minutes to come to my house since I live very close to their shop. More than One hours later came the guy came in estimate to open the door for $225. I don’t believe they charge so expensive than on the phone they told me. I’m not recommended to use this locksmith.

There’s a reason the have 5 stars. My car key was worn paper thin and truly seemed impossible to get replaced. These guys took their time, and managed to get me 2 copies! On top of world class service, everyone at the shop is very kind and hospitable. Absolutely recommend this place

This place is pretty well decorated with antiques and designs, they have about everything in regards of keys and locksmith services. The only problem I encountered was the heavy traffic due to construction before getting there, but it was worth it as you’ll receive excellent customer service and attention from these business.
