Jeff came out and installed locks on built-in desk drawers, a challenging job but he completed it flawlessly! Also made keys for a vintage credenza with a specialty lock that opens with a skeleton key, which I did not have. They were able to figure out the configuration and make me keys to operate the lock. Very impressed, I highly recommend Grah safe and lock!

I got locked out past midnight on a Sunday, right after getting back from a trip. I texted Robert some photos of the lock, and he actually tried to walk me through fixing it myself first so I wouldn’t have to pay for a service call. When that didn’t do the trick, he showed up in about 30 minutes and had my lock reset and working again in under 5 minutes.
Robert was incredibly kind, responsive, and honest — the kind of person who tries to save you money before trying to make a sale. Prices were more than fair, and his response time in an urgent, late-night situation was seriously impressive. Can’t recommend him enough!

Service was prompt and efficient I had locked my keys in my car as it turns out my car is one of the hardest ones to get into. I had tried for six hours of previous day with proper tools and everything could not do it. However, the locksmith came and my car gave him a challenge however he persevered and prevailed and got my keys out very professional, very courteous And very efficient I would hire them again at an important time. Called these guys yesterday to repair the door lock on my commercial business. After a late night failed forced entry at my business my evening and morning were ruined by a glass break alarm. Luckily the amateur theifs only managed to ruin my lock. With a simple call and a short wait dup-a-key saved my Saturday by being punctual and handy.
