Bruce arrived at our place in Independence and helped us when we couldn’t find anyone even through road side assistance to unlock my friends’car. He is super nice and professional. Prices are fair. Grazie Bruce!!!

I understand being late day 1, there were other jobs ahead of us. But, when he was unable to finish, and said he’d be back first thing the next morning, at 10am, he didn’t arrive until 2:30. It took HOURS to rekey our 3 tumblers for our business. He gave us 2 keys, both of which were recycled, for 3 locks. The keys are hard to turn and we are going to have to have someone else come out and do a proper job. Then, after all that, said he charges are an astounding $450!!! for 3 tumblers, 2 old keys?

Ziv provided absolutely outstanding service. I called him on a Friday evening, and he arrived within an hour. He replaced two keys for my Honda CR-V, thoroughly tested everything, and made sure both keys worked perfectly before leaving.

What impressed me most was the time he took to explain everything clearly, including how the keys and programming worked and what I should know moving forward. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive.
