Zezo is amazing! He helped with a police lockout of an evicted tenant and knew the procedure. He was able to guide me through the process.

I have also asked him for help in other cities, I am a Realtor, and help my clients re-key. He has been super helpful from slider door locks to safety doors and the typical front door re-key. He even has additional knobs and deadbolts on hand for any sticky situations as well as the tools to change out bad locks.

His prices are extremely fair, he is very professional, and will continue to use his services.

We made an appointment for a house call, for a complete re-key, after one of us lost a house key somewhere in our neighborhood. Moody was on-time, courteous, fast and efficient, made us all the keys we would need (to hopefully never lose again). Great, really personable guy, and we highly recommend.

Very classy and professional. Took care of me right away and made sure the replacement keys worked. They were able to manually cut OEM Honda key blanks for my 2023 Honda trail 125 (Luckily, I had the OEM spare key). They saved me a lot of time and headache. Highly recommend

Yaniv Maya came out to pick the lock on an interior walk-in closet door. This isn’t some kind of high security lock we are talking about. Yaniv said that he was only able to pick the lock and spin the knob in 1 direction but not actually gain access. The solution that he offered was to drill the lock for $185 and replace the cylinder for another $15. This seemed very pricey since I usually do business with Newhall lock and key and they had opened my front door a year prior for $120 and that was a much higher security lock. I just called this place since they were located geographically closer. I refused the service, paid the $20 “show up fee” then promptly called another competitor that came and drilled the lock for $78 and charged $50 for the service call, effectively paying about $120 like I had in the past. You have been warned!

I had never paid $11 for a single key but, it’s true that you get what you pay for. Convenient, easy and fast. I was in a pinch and the kiosk was there for me.

Only praise here! I’ve tried to make copies of this house key before multiple times both at Walmart and at Home Depot without having had success and just giving up. I decided to give it another shot on a whim with the KeyMe kiosk (and keep in mind this key is now over 8 years old!) and all three that I had made work perfectly! I am so happy!

Predators wanna charge $200-$600 for a key I can buy online for $15. They basically wait around for the perfect target: A person who’s locked out of their key chipped car. My car doesn’t even require programming, only cutting a copy. Find your key model number. Buy it online. Have it cut at a local kiosk. Don’t patronize people like this.

Luis, the owner was terrific. I went to him to replace two worn out key fobs. He suggested replacing them with after market fobs. He programmed and cut the new fobs and they work great and look like OEM’s…probably saving me more 50% of what a dealer would’ve charged . I highly recommend Automotive Key.

I needed a key replaced for my son’s car. Even though the website says you will be given an upfront price over the phone-I did not get one. Technician arrived. He was friendly and gave me two options: factory for 495 or after market for 315. I chose the 315. He made the key and it worked perfectly. Handed me the receipt with a total of 774! I was stunned and questioned him and he gave me some nonsense about some code I could keep. I stupidly paid as I wasn’t sure what to do since he already made the key. I’m so disappointed in the deceptive business practice and would never hire them for anything again. When I tried to have the situation remedied I was given the run around that they use third party contractors and weren’t responsible. Watch your back with this “company.”

Awful service I left my key inside my car and they took about an hour to arrived and as a suggestion you should the customer know how much your going to charge for the service . In my call they just let me know the person available would take 30 mm in arrived and then they just click over the phone and they took an hour .Bad customer experience.
