Very satisfied. Lost my keys to my car. Walked into a Busy Bees location close to home and they had a mobile tech at my house 2 hours later. An hour later I had 2 key fobs made. Ready to hit the wind in my car now. Thanks Busy Bees!!! Kyle was the tech. He’s was great!!!

Felt like I was scammed for what was essentially a Jumpstart to my car. $250 is absolutely ridiculous. I was not told this would be the price until after the service was completed, even though it wasn’t something that I asked for. I thought at max it would be $80 since I didn’t need to get my key reprogrammed. Would never recommend a place like this, go somewhere else.

Very convenient. Was right there when I was checking out in a Vons store.. Got the cheapest key at $8.99 for a house key. There was 4.other keys up to $14.99. They charge $1.99 to smooth the keys edges. This machine can do even car keys fobs and more. Just about any key. Even a small mail key. Very cool. Keep in mind the prices could be different in every machine. Its very cool. Check it out!

I got them to program my car key on May 5, 2024 now June 10, 2024, the key doesn’t work. They won’t return phone calls, they lie and say the management with call you back. I’ve been waiting five hours. No calls back. I’m going to take them to small claims court, and I will post the updates!

Best Prices and Great Service. Garry (owner) has been in this business for a long time. He knows everything about locks, safes, car locks, key fobs, home locks etc…. His prices are better they fair. He keeps his costs down and passes on the savings to his customers. He is helpful and will tell you how you can save on your lock/key needs even if it costs him some lost revenue. After driving around and calling many places, he is the ONLY locksmith that I found that will cut a transponder car key that you bring to him which resulted in me saving a lot of money. Save your money, bring your car and car key needs to Madden, you won’t regret it. Mobile locksmiths charge MUCH more.

This was just a really simple self serve machine and I appreciate that I could save the key design. This is helpful because my daughter has a key to her dad’s but she sometimes forgets it and then we don’t have one to copy. This time because it’s saved we have an option and that’s a big deal for our situation.
