We called Lynns lock service when our safe was not able to be opened. They arrived on time, were friendly and courteous. They worked on the safe for couple of hours but were able to get it open in the end.

I would recommend for their professionalism, work and their ability to work with a business.

Their technician made no efforts to find our building, and then proceeded to ignore our calls. We contacted their office to request their locksmith to contact us back. Their office made no attempts to do so, despite saying they would.
Do not recommend.

First time . Good – fairly quick and easy. Bad – it offered a discount on 2nd key much less if I purchased 2 keys initially. Be upfront in pricing . For whatever reason it made 1 key but couldn’t make the 2nd same keybut was refunded

Waited for 15 mins while the machine made noises of cutting but ended up telling me it’s out of service. At least it said it automatically refunded me, I really hope so.

Wow, talk about inconsiderate and horrible customer service. This is supposed to be a 24 hour Service place and after 15 minutes I called back to make sure they had my right information because it was late at night and I felt unsafe and they had the audacity to tell me that go ahead and find my own locksmith. Do better and hire better customer service. that actually respect people and treat people like human beings instead of like if they don’t matter. Shame on you.
