This company completely wasted my time. I called, got a quote, and was told a technician would arrive in 35 minutes. After waiting, I called back only to learn the tech never even left because of “car issues” — and he didn’t bother to tell me. Absolutely unacceptable.
Then they told me to wait another 25 minutes for someone else. If this had been a real emergency — like something left in the oven or a safety situation — their incompetence and lack of communication could have caused serious damage. This was careless, unprofessional, and shows zero respect for customers. I will be taking this experience to social media so people know exactly how unreliable this company is.
