Fair prices, fast service, great customer service!

Came for a last minute key fob replacement. Poor key has really gone through it, even the tape holding it together was giving up…
Eric was headed out for a call but still took the time and assisted us! He was able to repair the key fob instead of replacing it saving us over a hundred dollars! Super grateful! He was extremely patient, helpful, and explained everything that was going on.

Then, I had a weird screw for another set of keys I own that I could not find for the life of me! Tammy took a few and was able to find a screw that fit! Will definitely stick to local businesses for things like this.

Worst service ever getting charged $448 is a ridiculous amount to get the keys out of the car, 1 minute job🧐, if anyone plans on calling them please never do business as they will charged you ridiculous quotes, transaction appears a different company named “General Pro Locksmiths”so seems like they share a partnership with this company. Either way, they will tax the living hell out of you

Great locksmith for emergencies! Late at night, I couldn’t get into my automobile. The technician got very soon and opened it without breaking anything. He was kind and professional. The service was quick and not too expensive. If I needed to, I would absolutely contact them again.

If you don’t have a key copy booth or dollar store that can copy keys for a $1 or $2, then KeyMe is good in a pinch.

Pros:
Has many common keys available for instant copying.
Gives discounts on Multiple copies.
Decretive and multifunction (think bottle opener) keys available.
You can save an image for later that is linked to your email address (this feature is really handy if you’ve lost you key, you can make one just by logging in securely at the kiosk and get another one made from the saved digital file.) This is really the best feature I think.

Cons:
Price is $7 – $150 per key (for single keys…there are multikey discounts)
Uncommon keys will be shipped to you.

As consumers we rely on this service to show up when they say they’re going to. Our Saving Grace to get into our cars or homes when it’s super dark outside or somebody’s panicked or somebody needs to be somewhere. I was absolutely let down and disappointed…as I still am.
Are you kidding me? Do not use this company! At 1 a.m. I was told somebody was coming to help unlock a car door in 20 minutes. An hour goes by & nobody calls and nobody shows. I called a few times around 2 a.m. and the phone just rang & rang. So I wait and I call at 8am in the morning and the woman who answers the phone tells me that the job was canceled due to them not being able to perform the job, and that’s all the information she has. I told her that nobody called me to let me know they weren’t coming. She said, “sorry that’s all the information I have.” I asked her if there was a way for her to get more information and she said she would call the manager and find out why the job wasn’t done. As I was about to tell her thank you, because I would need more information, she had already hung up on me.
I can’t wait to find out why the company did not call to tell me that the job was canceled and had somebody locked out in the middle of the night without any idea of what was happening.

I had a few specialty keys that needed duplication and these guys got it done.

Excellent customer service & it was about 15-25 mins for about 7-8 keys. They had a variety of accessories also and overall it was an excellent service.

I’d definitely come back here again to use their key duplication and other services.

I called for an urgent service. The first time I called was the la puente name and he said he would call me back in 10 minutes to let me know if anyone was available. 10 minutes passed and nothing so I called the Covina locksmith not knowing it was the same person. I asked if they had someone available. I couldn’t understand what he said. When I repeated the question he made a sigh and hung up on me.
Absolute horrible and rude!
I ended up finding someone else that was really nice and was able to go immediately.
Do not bother wasting your money with a company that has horrible customer service.

My original key fob was able to be reactivated vs full replacement

I brought the blanks with me. They asked for only 5 dollars total to cut 3 motorcycle keys. And got it done under 5 minutes. I went to other shops who wanted 10 dollar per key. So this place is 6 time cheaper? Highly reccomend this place!!!
