Please do not use this company. I used them on nov 11. They gave me a quote to make a duplicate car fob. Technician came out and charged me double. He also left my car with a red key warning on my dashboard. After many calls he finally called me a week later and refused to come out and fix the problem. I have called the company over 30 time to rectify the problems and they just say that someone will get back to me to handle my complaint and no one ever does. Horrible customer service.

Update:
The owner posted please contact him right away. This is the same number I’ve been calling for two months which is just a call center with agents that say they will call me back with an update, but noting ever gets resolved

12/29 got a phone call from key me that said they were NOT going to refund any money and I was stuck paying double of what was quoted. Then I asked about fixing my car that has red key symbol on the dashboard created by the technician. This was part of the original complaint that I started nov 12. They told me yesterday that they would have to look into that! I have been calling for almost two months to my car fixed. They acted like this was the first time that I mentioned it. Can the service get any worse? So now I’m still waiting to get my car fixed and to the condition that it was when the technician put his hands on my car

They wouldn’t tell me the price of the locksmith until AFTER they drilled the lock off, then charged FOUR times the market rate, asking over and over again to sell us a doorknob. Easily the worst locksmith experience I’ve ever had.

The only key to my office in Burbank broke inside the lock while I was trying to open the door.
Locksmith Maksim arrived quickly, removed the broken key, and opened my office. Surprisingly, there was no need to replace the lock — he rekeyed it and provided new keys. I didn’t even know that was possible.
Very professional service and an excellent experience.

This place is a little hidden on the side of the plaza — you have to go down a staircase to find it. The owner is super friendly and the prices are great: $5 for a regular key and $5.50 for a mailbox key. The service is unbelievably fast! I had 5 keys made and it took less than 5 minutes. Definitely recommend if you need keys copied!

I wanted to get my sister a new set of keys for her birthday because she lost them. It was a spur of the moment decision and I was able to find this kiosk right in the same shopping plaza I was already in. Took maybe 5-10min max, keys came out super clean and worked well! I liked the 3rd key free promo, so each key was only $8. Not bad at all, will definitely consider this for future situations.
