This store is EXCELLENT. The staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly…….. helpful. They take the extra step and actually help you find and decide upon the items you are looking for. The prices are great for the area and are comparable to prices at Home Depot in Ukiah. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars rather than 5 is because of their website, its not user friendly. It very well could be me but I’m trying to look up sheetrock/drywall and its saying item not found. I know they sell it because I purchased it 3 days ago. If Dazeys could just fine tune their website they would most definitely get 5 stars from me.

An absolute life saver. On a motorcycle road trip, I locked my bike with a disc lock that I forgot to bring the key for. I was stuck, and the key was almost 5 hours away. Jeff came out with his mobile van (loaded with his tools) and got my lock open. I was able to continue my trip without a hitch. Great job and very professional.

This place has a decent selection of bicycle gear, mostly Bell products. I have not had any issue with any Bell products sold here, I have had tons of issues with Bell products bought online. The staff here are extremely helpful as well.

Super fast response! Ryan came out about an hour after I called and replaced my mailbox lock with no issue.

Would totally use them again and recommend Security Lock and Alarm to others.
