Had the owner come over to get our door latches working properly. We live in an old house with antique hardware so it is a truly tricky job (thus 3 stars, when I want to give just 1), and he originally came out with a great attitude and got the first one fixed fast, but the front door was the bigger issue. He was able to do a temporary fix and said he’d be back… he never came back. He answered my call once, said he’d call back but never did. I’d suggest that if you have them do work for you, don’t let them leave the job incomplete because there’s no guarantee they will come back, even if they seem super nice in person.

OVERPRICED RIP OFF
Website not clear on location . When I googled the address it took me to a Safeway grocery store but was not clear service was provided inside the grocery store.Website is not clear to fact that it’s just a kiosk that you use to make the keys yourself and to pay over 20$ to make copies of 2 house keys is ridiculous for a service you could get literally for 5$

The locksmith service was excellent when I needed to rekey the locks in my office due to a security problem. The expert re-keyed every lock quickly after arriving on schedule. Before he departed, he made sure everything was safe because he was so thorough. Because of his remarkable skill and attention to detail, I feel much more comfortable in my office now.

I highly recommend you not to hire this company they are so unprofessional I had a key made for my 2013 scion FRS he told me on the phone it would cost $190 to make the key when he arrived he made the key and charged me $240 key was working at first when he left the key no longer worked I tired to contact him he told me he would fix it he has not fix nothing I call him dose no answer I got scammed!
