Mike was on time, accommodated my service visit request the very same day and was most pleasant. He was professiknsl, thorough and quick even when faced with a challenge, he was not about to leave without finding a way around it and coming up with a satisfactory solution. .Well worth every dollar of his fair and reasonable rate.
