I had a great experience with Zack! He was very professional and arrived exactly when he said he would within 30 minutes. He even traveled from Fresno to Sanger to help me out. I called around for quotes, but Zack gave me the best price by far. Other places wanted $220 just for one key and another $100 for the remote, but he did both for only $200. The whole job took him just 20 minutes, start to finish.

If you’re looking for someone mobile who will come to you, this company is the best option.
Tip: Sundays seem to be slower, so if you can wait until then, you might get even faster service.

I have a 2000 Ford explorer XLT in the process of getting repaired, did some programming for a part the other night through forscan and accidentally desynchronized my original key and couldn’t do nothing. I only had one key, I had purchased a spare (blank) and made 1 phone call, the lady on the phone was friendly and had excellent customer service and support. The guy came out and only took less than 10 mins to get both original key re-synced and the spare cut and programmed. I know Google only give 5 starts but personally I give a 10/10. Will be recommending to friends and family. Thank you

I do not recommend this place at all !! I towed the car to this shop for a key fob replacement and program and they told me it would take 3 days and it ended up taking 14 days !! And when I got the car back the engine splash shield was hanging off and only screwed on by one corner !! My oil change and inspection signal went from 700mi to 500mi !! And I have the car to him with no mileage and I got it back with 60 miles !?!?

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ 4/5

I’ve been using Haven’s Lock & Security for years for our business key needs. Their location is convenient, right off Highway 180 in downtown Fresno, making it easy to get in and out. The staff is always friendly, service is quick, and I’ve never had issues with the quality of their work. They have a large selection of safes, security cameras, locks, keys, and other security products, which is impressive.

The reason for the 4-star rating is their service area policy. I was told they provide free service calls within Fresno and Clovis, but my address which is only about 15 minutes from their location would require a $150 service fee simply because it’s outside those city limits. It seems like service charges would be more reasonable if they were based on actual travel distance rather than city boundaries, especially since some Fresno and Clovis locations are farther away.

Another downside is that key-cutting prices have increased significantly over the years. What used to cost around $1 to $1.20 per key is now over $4 per key, which adds up when purchasing keys in bulk for employees.

Overall, the staff is professional, the service is reliable, and the location is well-stocked with security products. Despite a couple of concerns, it’s still a solid place to do business.

Lehman’s rekeyed our new office back in March and did such a great job! They were on time, friendly and efficient.
Today, I broke off a part of my key in the lock and they were my first and only call. They arrived within the hour, removed the broken key and made me a replacement in about 10 minutes!

I will strongly recommend Lehman’s to anyone who needs a locksmith!

I called because it was the closest locksmith and my keys got stuck in my car. I got transferred to another person after my initial call. When I asked for the price I was ignored so I ask again and they told me it was $95. I knew it wouldn’t be cheap anyway so I agreed as long as I knew the price beforehand. When the unlocked my car they told me that it was the 95$ with an additional $25 for their transportation. This ticked me off but I payed anyway and when I payed the amount they walked off with a smile as if I’d just been played.

I went in for a key FOB. The man upsold me telling me his keys are just like the car lot keys and that the car lot will charge me more and that his key will work just as well. A week into having my new FOB I knew it was a waste of money. It didn’t work at all like the car lot key is supposed to. I called and went back telling him non of the features work like they should. Then he tells me that his key doesn’t work like that and I need to go to the car lot. I paid $265 because I thought I could trust this Old Town Clovis business. Don’t get your FOB here. Just pay the money and go to the car lot. I learned my lesson the hard way.
