I have to agree with all of these positive reviews, the team there have excellent customer service and are great at their job!

One of my Chevy Bolt Key Fobs had stopped working after putting it through the wash- they took a look and were able to figure out the fix in less than 10 minutes. What’s even better is that it cost close to nothing compared to having to buy a whole new key from the dealer.

They’re amazing people and genuinely made my day better 😁

If you need a key fixed I would 100% recommend Parker Security!!

This business profile is misleading and fraudulent. Went to the location and it’s abandoned and looks closed for years. Yelp says permanently closed. There is no other location. This place is permanently closed

I’ve been using Keyme for several years and not had any problems with the keys. Today I went to copy a house key and was surprised that there is a new charge to have the key smoothed out. After receiving my key, I wonder what this is all about. The new keys are extremely roughly cut with lots of shavings left around the teeth, and I’m worried that they won’t even work. As it is, getting one single key has gone up two dollars since about a year ago, and I believe the smoothing charge is about three more dollars. It’s really disheartening, and it just isn’t going to make sense anymore to use their service. I’m going end up going back to the hardware store to get this done properly. :/

I did get a fast service but I never thought that making 4 keys would cost me $37. This is really unfair. The cost should be stated up front and customer should be able to agree Pryor to start.I would have never used the service if I knew it.I am going to post it in media so people know.

they have machines inside grocery stores mostly. you find the machine inside the front of the store so it’s easy to find. follow the instructios in the window and you have a key withing minutes. very quick, very easy.

I was locked out of my apartment and called them for help. The locksmith technician took around ~30 minutes to arrive. When he finally showed up, he immediately insisted that the lock had to be drilled to be opened. He repeatedly claimed that any other locksmith would say the same thing. This is simply not true, I’ve had locksmiths unlock my apt door in the past quickly and without drilling.

It felt like he was trying to force an unnecessary and expensive service in order to scam me. The quoted price was over $400, which seemed excessive and unjustified.

When I refused the service, the technician became disrespectful and told me, “I hope you stay outside forever.” That was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

He then attempted to charge me an $80 cancellation fee, even though no service was performed. Later, a company representative called and said the cancellation fee was only $30, but even they seemed confused about the $80 pricing mentioned by the technician. The inconsistency only made the situation more suspicious.

Given the dishonesty in pricing, the pressure tactics, and the lack of professionalism, I refused to pay anything. I would not recommend this company. I later called another locksmith and it took less than 10 minutes for them to get my lock open and paid a reasonable $150 dollars.
