I’ve lived in the area for 10 years. Michael and his father have been my go to for keys since arriving.
But, today was the first time I needed them for a car key fob/clicker. Michael walked me through each step & the choices available.

Ben came when my front door wouldn’t open. What a lifesaver. He asked a few questions then pulled out a tool and opened it like a charm. He fixed what was broken and was fast and pleasant. The cost was reasonable and I would highly recommend this locksmith to anyone!

I don’t even want to give this place 1 star. The lady I just spoke on the phone with on 02/02/2022 sounded very annoyed just answering the phone. Simple questions were asked and her responses were just rude and sounded agitated. Get someone who actually wants to work there with better customer service skills!

Can I give more than 5 stars?
We used Kustom Locksmith Service, S.C.S.C. when we first moved in a few years ago. Excellent service. So, no doubt, we kept their business card. Today, I locked myself out. Called Kustom Locksmith Service immediately and they answered right away. Told me that they could have someone here in about 30 minutes….music to my ears!! (Thank God.)
Al arrived and is one of the most friendly and professional vendors we’ve ever interacted with — ever. His work was very transparent, as he explained to us precisely what was going to happen with “this” type of lock on the door and what would be involved with getting the situation remedied.
My husband went to our nearby Home Depot to get the same doorknob and we asked if Al could come by a short time later. He did, as it was no problem.
We are so RELIEVED and grateful that we have these guys as our “go-to” as a high quality, professional, timely, and affordable vendor. We did not find the service call and work involved “outrageously” priced…it was rather reasonable.
So, thank you Al and thank you SCSC (Laguna Hills location) ! 🙂

Do NOT use this company. They will completely rip off customers especially women. They advertised taking payments one way and changed their story after arriving on property after they had already opened up a basic cheap safe and charged north of $400 for it. We tried reaching out to management and they were dismissive. Hopefully they see this and will contact me directly. Work with anyone else besides them. Hopefully they see this and reach out. And for context this was a cheap $80 safe they were opening which was also destroyed in the process (least of my concerns though)

Super fast and easy. Other than me contemplating if I should my favorite NFL team key made and wait for it to be mailed or get the plain key instantly…you can be done in under 5 minutes. I had 3 keys made and it’s so convenient.

Horrible lock smith was charged 375 for 2 keys that weren’t even the same and didn’t work not to mention they also damaged my cars door handles and broke interior pieces I had it done about a year ago and still have yet to get a refund or anything done about it I’ve called several times and they constantly dodge me. I never write reviews but D and M locksmith is generally horrible

I don’t typically write reviews, but I was so impressed by Tal that I feel compelled to share. I called him after losing my car keys, expecting a quick replacement. What should have been a simple install turned into a much more complicated situation due to issues with my car.
Tal put in many hours over several days, returning multiple times without charging me anything beyond the original quote. When it became clear that the problem required a mechanic, he referred me to someone trustworthy with fair prices and followed up afterward to make sure everything was resolved. He even sent one of his team members to handle the final touches—again, without charging extra.
Tal went above and beyond at every step. He was clear, communicative, and highly reasonable with his prices. I am incredibly grateful for his professionalism and trustworthiness (especially after some less positive experiences with other autosmiths). I felt in good hands throughout the entire process, and I’d recommend him to anyone.
