Oroville safe and lock is my go to place for locks and keys. They were so helpful when I was switching out my lock at my studio. A representative from their business came down and replaced my lock within 30 minutes. They also gave me four custom keys for this lock that were all numbered. Just recently I needed 20 keys made for another building and I went into the store And was warmly greeted by the clerk at the counter. She took my keys and was very speedy and getting all 20 keys made then the owner himself came in and helped her finish up the order. I was only in there about 15 minutes. If I were to have taken these keys to get them made at somewhere like a big box store, it would have taken me so much longer. It is so worth it to pay just a little bit more for great service that is speedy and efficient and to know that I’m supporting local business. Highly recommend.

I purchased a used vehicle and it came with only one smart key, so I wanted a spare. I found a matching smart key on ebay and hired Patrick to program it to my vehicle, and also cut the backup key should the smart key ever fail or run out of battery power. His positive reviews on Google prompted me to contact him, and boy am I glad I did. I found him to be an honest and hardworking professional and true to his craft. He not only did exactly what he told me he would do over the phone, but he did it at a fraction of the cost of the auto dealership. I was very impressed with his high quality and expensive tools he carries as well. This guy knows his stuff and is super easy to deal with. My highest recommendations!

I lost my house key after 9pm and needed help urgently. These guys work 24 hours, and when I called, they picked up the phone right away. After I explained my situation, they arrived within 10 minutes.
They opened the door in just a few seconds — super fast and very professional. Excellent service and great response time. I really appreciate their help and would definitely recommend them.

These guys were amazing. Our house keys were stolen and we needed to re-key our locks. I called Mark for a quote to rekey my house. I sent pictures of what I needed done and Mark promptly provided a quote. Mark showed up on time and completed the work, and even cleaned up after himself. He was very professional, and was patient with all of my questions. He also accommodated me with a last minute addition to my job by replacing my old deadbolt on my front door. I highly recommend Mark, and I will definitely use him again in the future.
