Was super nice, made me feel confident in the process. Is knowledgeable. Price was less than initially quoted, but they did give a price range. Went out of his way to fix the problem. Our neighborhood is going to start a list of businesses to recommend, this one will be on the top of the list for locksmith recommendations! This is an antique! So happy they helped us saved this!

My lock broke on an entrance door to my garage out of the blue, and I only had one remote for the main garage door which was in the car in the garage so I desperately needed a locksmith. I called Adi Lock and Key. They answered promptly and dispatched a tech immediately. The tech (Mihail) called me right away and was free so he was at my home in less than 30 minutes. He had all the tools to open the door without any damage to the door or the building thankfully and then he repaired the lock and advised me on which of the many keys I happened to have for it to use going forward. During all of this I noticed they were all cut slightly differently, but had always worked in the past. My only minor complaint was that I was under the impression that the price quoted included everything, but it was only for opening the door. The total ended up being over $500. Had I known the lock repair was an additional $179 on top of the price already quoted, I would have just bought a $30 lock at home depot and replaced it myself, which was what I initially intended to do anyway once I got access again to my car. That being said, as long as this one doesn’t break again any time soon, I’m happy to have a working lock, and not have to deal with replacing it myself.
In the future, I will be sure to clarify fully what is included in the quoted price and if there are any extra charges, before agreeing to work from any vendors.
The tech assured me the lock repair should last as he replaced the broken spring so fingers crossed. Just in case, I also ordered backup remotes for the main garage door so that I can keep one in my home in case there are future problems with the entrance door lock or I accidentally lock the one working entrance door key in the garage.
In general, I found the tech and the person who answered the original call very knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient to work with and won’t hesitate to use them again or recommend to others.

My expectations were rather low, but I was in a hurry and didn’t want to see an actual locksmith. This kiosk was located at my local grocery store, so for me, quite easy to access. I had initially only planned on copying one key, but the price was rather high, so I ended up with the “buy two get one free” as my best option. Still kinda expensive, but I would probably use it in the future rather than taking the time to go to a locksmith, or going to a big box store like Home Depot or Lowe’s and waiting six hours for somebody to show up and no idea what they’re doing. The keys worked well so overall I’m quite happy with this service.

My daughter wanted to replace the boring stock key fobs with flashy aftermarket key accessories. Getting fresh blanks cut for a 13 year old car is tough. Locksmith Central was there and had a new key cut within 15 minutes of my call to him. Very much appreciated his quick turn around. My daughter is happy and setting up her key ring with the flashy new stuff. Would highly reccomend the services of Locksmith Central!

Like many, we made the fatal mistake of not replacing the first key fob that broke for my wife’s car. As luck would have it, the only working one broke late Sunday evening.
I did extensive research previously, and they’re extraordinary expensive to get replaced at the dealer. There’s other companies out there that do events or mobile service, but you have to have the vehicle present for programming.
I called Glenn Monday morning, and he was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and professional.
My wife’s key fob has five buttons (lock, unlock, panic button, remote start, and trunk release).
Glenn only had a three button in stock but happily ordered the five button, and they were programmed properly less than 48 hours later for a very reasonable price at a fraction of what the dealer wanted for one.
He was kind enough to ask if we are AAA members as you’re entitled to a locksmith rebate with your membership that I’d forgotten about.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone or use him again. Most other places seemingly use cheap knockoff fobs. He uses factory refurbished ones that look and operate brand new.
Thanks for helping get my wife’s car back on the road. We greatly appreciate you.

So these guys are awesome. I showed up at two minutes before closing and three minutes later. I was leaving with four cut keys. If you need it for safe and lock, they’ve got it.

I used the Minute Key kiosk K10955 at Lowes in Folsom, CA. This was my first time using Minute Key and it was a positive experience. The kiosk was easy to use, the options were clearly displayed, the process easy to follow. I especially liked the choices of keys offered. I had two keys made. They both worked perfectly! I will definitely use Minute Key again!
