Lightning Lock & Key provided excellent service from start to finish. Dean was great to work with—patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. I called multiple times to discuss the project, and he took the time to answer all of my questions and clearly explain exactly what I needed to purchase before the appointment.

I called Alpine to have a locksmith come out to re-key the locks on my home, as I recently lost a set of keys. Justine took the call and stated one of the guys would be out and would call when he was on the way. I got a call from Gabriel who quoted a 15 minute ETA. He arrived on time, was very professional and attentive. He had the locks dismantled, re-keyed and had new keys made in about 20 minutes. I can’t say enough about their service. It was top notch and will not hesitate to recommend their business in the future.
