I used KeyMe to make a copy of my apartments building’s key fob key since they only gave me one when I moved in and they charge $75 for a second one. At first, I was a little skeptical on whether or not the key fob I made from the kiosk would work…but to my surprise, IT DID. Plus it’s a little key fob that’s shaped like a key! So I gave my actual key card to my emergency contact and kept the key one. Yesterday, his key card stopped working, so I went back to the kiosk and put in my info (because you can opt-in to save your key card info, if you want) and I made another copy. It worked flawlessly. KeyMe is a lifesaver and I recommend them to ALL my neighbors that need extra key fobs. I couldn’t be happier with the service AND the results!

I regret selecting KeyMe for an emergency lockout service. I understand the inconvenience of providing such a service, but their pricing was completely unreasonable and included many additional fees that added up to hundreds. The locksmith was also very late. Overall, this only made a bad situation worse. I would encourage you to look for more local options if you ever need any locksmith services.

I went to Rex Key & Security to get a few copy of keys on Tuesday. When I arrived the gentleman Josh was very helpful he told me that the key I needed might not work and told me to come back if I had any issues. I came back today with the box for the key I needed and he was able to assist me successfully with getting the copy. Josh was so patience and kind. All the employees are very nice and they all seem to love their job. I would recommend getting your keys copied at Rex as customer service is everything and they went above and beyond. I copied two keys and only one worked.
Horrible customer service! I called the customer service line and the representative hung up on me – extremely unprofessional 0/10 would not recommend. It’s worth it to just wait in line and get someone from the store to help you make a key.
