The little key-osk was all lonely I’ve been looking at that machine for a couple years now and being someone who knows a tiny bit about lock’s cylinders pinning tops bottoms change mstr grand mstr I thought I would give it a whirl a friend needed a couple entry keys duplicated anyway it wasn’t too bad keys worked wide variety of colors (not sports teams) but thoughtful with colors 👌 maybe not so many questions to bundle up extra this & that’s just a couple different options 😉 thanks guy’s

This gentleman was very very polite came out within 15 minutes was the cheapest in town and in my opinion the best in town. He literally pulled up did everything he needed to do kept my car clean and even dealt with some crazy neighbors and was very very professional and all done within 45 minutes more close to 30 minutes. Thank you and very professional service I recommend them to anybody. Even if the price was higher than others this company knows what they’re doing and quick. This is coming from a service plumber who knows how to deal with customers and good and bad reviews. So trust me this review is 100% legit and this company is the right one to call.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ramon, he worked on a digital Storefront lock for me. He was very responsive and got to work right away. What I liked about this experience is that he was flexible and he walked me through the whole process of reprogramming the lock. He’s very knowledgeable. I was told my key could not be duplicated that I had to go to a locksmith. Tried minute key and it made the copy within minutes no problem plus has buy 2 get 1 free. Would definitely recommend.

Good quality horrible service. The guy working there was very rude no manners no customer service. I was a bit of a jerk. I do not recommend using their services unless you like getting treated poorly. The person working behind the counter was a younger man. I’ve been going to the spot for years and up until now, I’ve never been treated like that. I spent $48 there on keys. I don’t get it you go there you’re spending your money there, but you get treated like a jerk. That’s the last time they’ll collect any money from me. I am born and raised in Oxnard and believe in spending my money locally on shops like this instead of going to Lowe’s Or Home Depot. Where is the customer service?

This was the first time I used a Minute Key machine and I’m very disappointed! I had a duplicate key made for my office to replace the loaner key from my supervisor and it didn’t work. What a waste of time. Supposedly they have an accuracy guarantee which I’ll definitely tale advantage of because this was a fail.

The kiosk was very convenient and made a good, working key. I had checked the website earlier and it said the key I wanted started at $2.99. But the cheapest I could choose at the kiosk was 8.99 and then something was added to make the total $10.90.
