I called because my regular Lock Smith was unavailable. This company responded within 45 minutes and had the job completed and were gone. The price, the service, the work and professionalism was 5 Star! They even done things that another locksmith would have charged for, but they comped it to me. I had an amazing experience with All City Locksmith. My husband is currently in Saudi Arabia, and he was able to contact them from all the way over there to help us with the issues on both of our door gates. He handled everything over the phone, and they took care of the entire process smoothly, making it completely stress free for me here at home.

I can only speak to my experience. He was insistent to come by the house to give me a fair estimate and then he said it would be 245.00 to install a lock that I already purchased online. I said no I can’t afford that, and he said to “name my price” I was honest and said around 100 I’ve been seeing for quotes and he said fine but he also wouldn’t “configure” the lock. He then only installed the top lock and didn’t install the handle to the door saying it was an additional 60.00. I was frustrated because I felt there were too many coincidences it felt like such a scam and deceitful. I said no and now I have 2 different colors on my door. I asked what company he was from and he said he didn’t know since he worked for a couple- yet when I call this company directly, it was him who picked up. When I asked if he was the provider who just left my house, he was hesitant but said yes. Be careful of this business, I always look for honest providers especially in this economy. I wouldn’t recommend what so ever.

I called American Lock & Key, Rancho Cucamonga to get a quote for a replacement key for my daughter’s 2000 Mercedes E430. For those who don’t know, this is a key that most sources say “dealer only”. And it takes two days and the car has to be there to pickup. I could not wait two days, and could not get the car there without towing, which would have added to the expense.

I called Anthony at 9am. He said he could be there between 11am and 1pm. He arrived right at 11am. He said it will take one hour to complete the work, and that is how long it took. And I now have a shiny new working key.

I can’t say enough about how happy I was to get it done same day, in the timeframe quoted, and at a good price. And from a nice guy.

Felt like I was scammed for what was essentially a Jumpstart to my car. $250 is absolutely ridiculous. I was not told this would be the price until after the service was completed, even though it wasn’t something that I asked for. I thought at max it would be $80 since I didn’t need to get my key reprogrammed. Would never recommend a place like this, go somewhere else.
