Excellent locksmith service! He came to handle a Notice of Vacate situation and was extremely reliable and professional. His customer service was outstanding, and the price was very reasonable. He also tried his best to save me money instead of suggesting unnecessary work, which shows he is very honest.

After being scammed by a different company that took $150 and never finished the job, I reported them to the BBB and reached out to Sentinel Locksmith. They honestly told me they weren’t familiar with my specific lock and recommended Brucar Locksmith—what a great referral!

Best locksmith in town. The couple that run the place are the nicest people, they’re very quick and professional, the keys they cut always work great and the prices are crazy cheap. They’re literally cheaper than the key cutting machines at Home Depot, and the keys function smoother than the Home Depot keys do. They can also do things like new car key fob reprogramming, and it’s a fraction of the price the dealership would charge. Again, best locksmith in town, I highly recommend them.

$330 FOR A SINGLE KEY!! Ripoff. Charged me $100 for cutting and programming a key. She was unable to program the wireless portion of the key. Since I had my own key she said it’s not warrantied. That’s fine. But she would do the initial cutting and programming. She cut the key but she was unable to program. I said well, I’ll buy your key which was around $230 for and oem one, which included cutting programming. So I said I would pay the difference of $130. she said it was an additional $230 on top of the $100. So she wanted to charge me $330 for 1 working key. I told her you didn’t do the initial programming so I should be charged that. I understand no warranty but you didn’t do the initial work. Offered to buy your overpriced key and she wanted an addition $230. You shouldnt charge for a service that you didn’t provide. BTW I am at locksmith now. He took the same exact key she couldn’t do and programmed it less than 10 minutes. Also I asked for the owner phone number or some kind of contact and she refused to give me the info. I gave her my info, but I’m betting no one will call.

He managed to create a key by hand for my trucks toolbox, for the price being $70 was well worth it considering his years of experience and knowledge on locksmithing I’d say money well spent. Came for a last minute key fob replacement. Poor key has really gone through it, even the tape holding it together was giving up…
Eric was headed out for a call but still took the time and assisted us! He was able to repair the key fob instead of replacing it saving us over a hundred dollars! Super grateful! He was extremely patient, helpful, and explained everything that was going on.

Then, I had a weird screw for another set of keys I own that I could not find for the life of me! Tammy took a few and was able to find a screw that fit! Will definitely stick to local businesses for things like this.

Called the guys to get my aftermarket fob programmed… they said “come on in” and they’ll take care of it

Got there, they grabbed their small programer, (that looks like a car diagnostics) and started to work on my car right away. I was in and out within 20-30 min.

My 2008 Toyota Highlander has proximity and push to start tech in the fob. They finished the job with keying the little key that goes inserted into the fob in case you need to open your car manually. Once he gave me the key i asked of i can try it out before i left. They said go ahead and i tried it out and it worked just like my original. I even told them i wanted to try my original just to make sure it also still worked.

When my fob is within proximity to my car the door unlocks once you reach for the handle so i was really happy to see my aftermarket fob worked just the same.
