I was at a loss when I lost the keys to my Honda Grom motorcycle and had no copies. I called dozens of locksmiths across the city, but none were willing to help me. Even Honda couldn’t assist me without the key code. That’s when I reached out to this business, and Carlos was a lifesaver.

Carlos drove out to my location since I couldn’t move the bike. He not only made me a new set of keys from the locks but also provided me with extra information on the key code and measurements in case I ever needed it again. He made me two keys, and they work flawlessly on the ignition, gas tank, and seat lock.

Carlos went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs keys made, especially if you own a motorcycle. The service was exceptional and professional. 10/10.

The guy came and did 15-20 mins of service and scammed us out of almost $500 for just a simple door unlock. I’ve been trying to call the company and they have been dodging my calls. I spoke to the supervisor once and he said he was going to call me back but he never did. I’m thinking about reporting them to the BBB.

Outstanding service from Peter today. Requested a re-key, and the job ended up going way beyond to changing knobs. He took a lot of time actually showing how to install the knobs for future needs, addressed any issues he saw.

Everything was priced very fairly. No upsell or rushing. Got the sense he genuinely wanted to help which is rare from tradesmen.

They responded much quicker than the competitors. Can’t recommend enough for locksmith needs.

Absolute rip-off.
$10 EACH for brass keys.
I went today to get 8 keys made, because I needed them today, not mailed to me. Spent $80 for the machine to spit out two keys and stop. The staff at the Ralphs are totally impotent when it comes to the kiosk and just said “oh well good luck.”

I tried to call the number on the kiosk. No answer. I tried to use their self-service form, but it won’t take my request because I don’t have an order number. Why don’t I have an order number? It never sent me the receipt to the phone number I provided.

ABSOLUTE RIP-OFF

I’ll be getting a refund through my cc company, thanks.

Very hard to find a place you can walk into today. It is nice to know that Broadway lock and key in Whittier is there for us.

The young guy that runs the store, Fernando, Is extremely helpful, professional, and just a nice guy.

He helped me with my old 2000 Honda Civic key, as well as a few house keys.

I have to say keys are not inexpensive anymore, but Fernando makes you feel like you spent your money well.

After two hours of tearing my house apart looking for my keys, I called Alan in a panic. I needed to be able to get to work on Monday. He responded immediately and got to me so fast! He was incredibly kind and professional, even when I had to admit I found the keys while he was already working on my car. I had a copy of a mailbox key done and it works perfectly. It opens my mailbox without any problems. I’m very happy because Home Depot couldn’t do the copy as according to them the key was too small.

This shop is a scam. Sent the pictures of the lock to get price quote to get it unlocked which was $400, then the tech arrived and make up BS n said the price is $600. So beware people, don’t use them if you’re not pressed for time.

My daughter’s Mazda Miata was purchased used with only one key, I called two places to get the keyless entry keypod made.
I called Michael he quoted me a price. I called one more place. They quoted me 200% the price plus $25.
I called another place and they wouldn’t even give me a quote
Michael was extremely professional. He told me on the phone he gave me directions. I went there. I handed him the key and while I was testing the new key he was writing the receipt. I left there between nine and 10 minutes.
10 MINUTES MAXIMUM!!
Michael would jump on the job immediately and his prices are so beyond reasonable!!

Do not trust this kiosk. It clamped and held my key, charged my credit card for multiple keys and never produced any. My key was stuck, my credit card was charged, no keys were made, and the telephone number on the machine that claims to be for “Emergencies” was a recording that no one answered. The employees at Home Depot didn’t know what to do. They turned the kiosk off, but still my key was stuck and my credit card charged. ASK A HUMAN TO MAKE THE KEY! This kiosk and customer service will steal your time and money.
