If I could give a negative 10 star to this business I would. Their price gouging and fraudulent business practices are astonishing. The supposedly bought another locksmith that we used to work with as fraudulent and price gouging as them and then took it a notch higher. Being a captive client they charge 35 dollars per key. Today I paid over 200 dollars for 5 keys. They are so bad they even charged a 4 percent credit card use fee. I am sending our attorney after them and if the business operates under any special license I will file a complain. Stay away from these people.

I went to Rex Key & Security to get a few copy of keys on Tuesday. When I arrived the gentleman Josh was very helpful he told me that the key I needed might not work and told me to come back if I had any issues. I came back today with the box for the key I needed and he was able to assist me successfully with getting the copy. Josh was so patience and kind. All the employees are very nice and they all seem to love their job. I would recommend getting your keys copied at Rex as customer service is everything and they went above and beyond. Alex from Nova Locksmith was fantastic. He arrived promptly, repaired our broken front door lock quickly, and explained everything clearly. He also showed us different digital lock options and was very knowledgeable. Excellent service, highly recommended, and we will definitely call him again when we need locksmith service!.

Needed a new key fob programmed and reached out to several locksmiths. These guys were one of the quickest to respond and the one of the most inexpensive. Very responsive and scheduled for the next day. Highly recommended. Teishon was great, thorough and fast.

I was a little worried that the key fob I bought on Amazon would not work, but it did (be sure to check the number matches on the key you have with the one you buy).
