I accidentally locked myself out of my home during the later evening hours. Andrian was quick to arrive given hour and the fact he was already servicing another client. Once he arrived at my home he worked efficiently and got the job done quickly. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. The price was reasonable for the type of job and the time of day. Adrian was my lifesaver tonight. After a long day at work, coming home late in the dark and I realized that all four of my keys were inside my home. I called locks around the clock and talked to Sean who explained to me how it all worked and someone would be at my place within 45 minutes. Adrian showed up to my place and was able to get me in my home immediately and the price was very reasonable. After going to Lowe’s and having no luck in getting keys made, I did a Google search and found Desert Lock Co. I wish I came here first. The customer service was awesome, and they were able to make my news keys so quickly. In addition, he told me to make sure the keys worked. If they didn’t, to bring them back and he would adjust. A bonus was they loved on my dog who was in seventh heaven with all of the attention.

God answered my prayers when I got ahold of Chris at Diversified. While taking my trash barrels out early a.m. with my daughter, unknowingly, the lock mechanism on my door broke when I closed the door. My daughter had her phone. Being early nobody was open until 9.00 a.m. So, for two freezing hours we tried breaking into our home having no keys, no tools except a lone screwdriver and mallet to no avail. The first two companies I called at 9:00 a.m. were too busy to help. Praise God, the third call was Diversified. Chris and son came right out. He identified the problem quickly, had everything he needed on his truck and repaired the door at a price I was able to afford. This is a company you can trust. You can’t ask for anything more than that!

Shawn was awesome getting my keys out of my locked car. It was a Friday evening, after 5pm, 95°. He came over within 15 min (it’s a small town). It was a tough job, I have tinted windows and a couple with sun reflectors on one side and windshield. Using a variety of tools, he didn’t give up and between he and son, they were able to get the keys. Nice guy 😊!!

Terrible, awful service. Bought a key at a kiosk, it went in and then wouldn’t come out, even with a pliers. Their answer was for me to pay for a locksmith. It would be cheaper for me to buy a new electronic deadbolt than to pay for a locksmith.
