I want my money back refunded. I got charge and asked to pay $40. For no reason, no service or work done. Just to be told no he can’t get my doors open/unlocked or do work to my house. I spoke with two different people I believe the first one was an office person I asked, “how much” “what’s the price(s), didn’t get told. Was just sent to one of his drivers near by my area (turlock), I then spoke with him also asked “how much” and explains the situation. Still didn’t get told, he demanded he “needed”, “wanted” to come and look to see that he was few mins away, when arrival I still continued to ask before any service or work to be done when he claims he can’t help or do any work I go okay it’s fine I just wanted to know how much when leaving he claimed he needed to charge me $40. That’s ridiculous should be ashamed. The customer service and locksmith service is terrible especially for a first timer.

Do not recommend. Poor communication skills, cheap equipment, overpriced. Did not accept card. Cash only. This guys shows up late, wearing dirty street clothes. Smells like cigarettes. He couldn’t even unlock the car technically. Luckily my keys were in the trunk because that’s all he could manage to open. This guy didn’t even give me a receipt. Overall just a shady business. Felt like highway robbery.

Custom Lock installed the alarm system in the track home I bought in Modesto, CA. I liked them so much, that when I moved back to the Bay Area I asked them if they could install an alarm system in my current house. Even though it’s over 50 miles away from Modesto they came out to install a new system and have come out every time I need a service. They are always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them. We’ve been doing business for almost 25 years now.
