We had a fantastic experience with Economy when changing the locks for our new home. We were able to get a service scheduled quickly, the price was affordable, and I’d definitely use them again. We had 13 locks changed! I feel great knowing that my new home has fresh locks now. 10/10 experience

Alex came to our home in Cole Valley to install two keypad locks as replacement for old bolt locks. He brought the replacement locks and did a great job. He also repositioned an existing lock on our front door so it wouldn’t stick. Great guy, reliable and good to work with. We would use him for any lock needs now or in the future.

Fair prices, fast service, great customer service!

Came for a last minute key fob replacement. Poor key has really gone through it, even the tape holding it together was giving up…
Eric was headed out for a call but still took the time and assisted us! He was able to repair the key fob instead of replacing it saving us over a hundred dollars! Super grateful! He was extremely patient, helpful, and explained everything that was going on.

Then, I had a weird screw for another set of keys I own that I could not find for the life of me! Tammy took a few and was able to find a screw that fit! Will definitely stick to local businesses for things like this.

I use the KeyMe kiosk frequently and it’s always a great experience. The process is fast and reliable — my keys are usually made in about three minutes, and every copy has worked perfectly on the first try.

It’s a self-service kiosk that accepts cards and Apple Pay, and it’s very convenient to find them in Safeway stores while doing regular shopping.
