Was a kiosk inside Ralph’s. Machine not on and not responding to any input Aug 11 2025. Home Depot Cypress had $5/key and ended up using thay kiosk.

Great fast and a good price for my basic key (about $5). Beats the one at Food 4 Less by far which was charging over $10, and at Ralph’s which was busted. Kiosk makes the key and you checkout at counter.

Had to get a new car key for my car. Called the KeyMe company which they then directed me to another person. Person then made an appointment with me the following day and when he arrived, made a new car key, he then charged $639!!!! No quote, no receipt… very unprofessional! Terrible experience!

Update it has been 2 hours and no locksmith in site. When I called to cancel they tried to charge a fee. They didn’t help me at all. I stood outside in the cold for 2 hours. They told me an eta and lied about it. I called an hour in and they said they needed 20 more minutes. It extended well over that with a total time and no one in sight for 2 hours. Please call another business to help you.
