I had two keys made and got one for free. Two of my keys don’t even work at all, but it’s very inconvenient for me to go back to a Sam’s Club and try to have two more keys made. Unsure of how to pay for that.

It’s just like any Key duplication machine, great quality, actually like the fact that the Keys are painted with a special coat of paint that prevents and replaces the dirty rusty old key from contaminating my body and hands. – One thing I didn’t like is that, the machine asked if I wanted to purchase a second key for an additional roughly $2.00; I did but it selected a random unpainted key…. But over all I’m satisfied and glad I have a New Safe Key around me, I’ll just keep the spares in case I lose my keys.

I bought two sets of keys, then send a copy of each across country. Neither one worked. So, I ended up sending the originals overnight. I wasted my money and I’d have to do too much just to get my money back. There is nothing on the machine to allow you to scrape the excess burrs off, so in this case a live person would definitely be the better solution.
