Concord Locksmith is amazing! Their service was extremely quick, and they were the only place in Concord that was actually able to make copies of my Master Lock key. The staff especially Michael at the counter, were friendly, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. They even used original Master Lock keys, which was very nice. The price was great, and it feels good supporting a reliable local business. Highly recommend!

The service tech Mo arrived in 15 minutes and was very efficient and professional. He did an excellent job and was very thorough. I really appreciated at how quickly he replaced the front door locks. Outstanding!

I paid them almost 400 dollars and they left all the garbage in my truck of the things they used to fix my key Ignition. They scraped all the door panel where and they didn’t even close the case that sits on My steering wheel the clips don’t close abs when I drive it hits the steering wheel. They made me new keys and fixed the problem but broke and Scrape parts that where fine before taking it to them. It was very unprofessional the way they left my truck especially after paying that much.

Eli showed up about 20 minutes after my initial call. He was very friendly and professional and was able to open the door for me within maybe 10 minutes! I was so relieved! Very pleased with their service and definitely know who to call in the event I’m ever locked out like that again.

We tired to fix our front door lock on our own and failed miserably. Luckily KeyMe Locksmiths came to save the day John quickly replaced our lock with a great looking updated lock.

I was looking to get my key duplicated inside a Safeway and the machine said it didn’t have the type I was looking for but it could be mailed within a few days. I didn’t know that was even possible! So basically I just had my key scanned that day and received the copies I needed at home a few days later which worked perfectly, Amazing!
