I used their locksmith services and was genuinely impressed. The technician arrived quickly, was exceptionally polite, and explained everything clearly. The pricing was surprisingly reasonable and felt very fair for the quality of service I received.

The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free.

This is a scammer locksmith, do not use them.

They did the job but charged 5x what they had quoted, and refused to leave until they received payment. When I complained they refunded some; then later when I started asking too many questions (via text) they refunded an additional amount.

It was my fault for not noticing there were no reviews and that the address provided is actually a toy shop and a dentist.

The weird thing is they actually replaced the lock and the guy was quite nice. Now I have to replace the lock they replaced, lock my credit card, and do identity theft monitoring.
