I used Keyme Locksmiths because I was locked out of my house on the weekend. They hire individual contracted locksmiths to come out to your house. They told me that a locksmith was on their way and it would take 30-45 minutes. The locksmith called me and said they would take 40 minutes. They did come for about an so I tried calling the customer service and they said that the locksmith would call me to give me a call but they never did. They finally showed up after 1 hour and 20 minutes.

The locksmith Jacob said that he was late because of traffic even though it was a Sunday morning and there was no traffic. It took 20 minutes to get my door open and charged me $200.

I was frustrated because if they gave me an accurate time estimate, I would’ve went with someone else. Instead they gave me the wrong information and I was late to my grandma’s memorial service. Even worse, the customer service rep wouldn’t pick up when the locksmith was late.

I would not recommend using KeyMe locksmiths because they upcharge you and do not let you communicate directly with the locksmiths. Their customer service and communication was bad. My locksmith was not very professional either. He said he would give a receipt but failed to give one. He was late without communicating with me.

We came by to replace my Toyota car key. We were met with great customer service and support. Upon arrival, we were helped promptly. Right away we were given a reasonable price for what we needed. He quickly started working and even programmed it to my car all in the span of ten minutes. What a great attitude and very knowledgeable business. Will definitely come back for future needs and recommend to all Pomona community.

I had a fantastic experience at keys for less. The owner was very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about all types of locks, keys and car keys , They helped me choose the perfect lock for my front door, explaining the features and benefits of each option in detail.

Lim is a flying miracle worker. With just my okay on the estimate, my location and picture of the current fob, he was at my house in about half an hour and programmed an OEM fob in even less time. He showed me how to use the secret emergency key which even the car salesman hadn’t bothered to point out. Thanks, Lim! I can head out on my big trip now with the confidence of having a spare key!
