When I called the number listed some random woman answered and when I asked for an estimate to change a lock she started pumping me for information like my name, address, phone number, email, number of people in household etc. It was super shady and I hung up on her because I got a bad feeling about it. This is likely a scammer so be careful.

Outstanding service from start to finish!

I had an excellent experience with ZM Locksmith and honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. From the moment I called, they were professional, friendly, and very responsive. They arrived quickly, right on time, and came fully prepared to handle the job.

I walked in, and they were able to get me a new keyfob, lazer cut inside key, and did all the programming in about 20 mins. Their pricing seemed very reasonable. I will use them again next time I need a car key made. 👍👍

Horrible service don’t trust them don’t go with them. Don’t waste your time . I called them asked if they can do a key, they said send us a picture, So I did they said that they are able to do it next day this key ,Yes they said they can. I ask how much he said five dollars. He has a horrible accent I asked him several times is it gonna be five dollars? He said yes it’s gonna be five dollars at the end of the call again I ask is that gonna be five dollars? He says yes five dollars, next day I was driving there coming from Midtown , because there is an accident on the road I am 30 minutes . I had a missed call from them so I called them back. They asked if I am still coming. I said yes I am so he informs me that deluxe left, but he’s coming back. I asked if I should cancel the appointment. He said no come. I come and he says well locksmith is not here no more even though 10 minutes prior to that spoke to me on the phone and said yes, I can still Come . And on the spot, they said the key is gonna be $35 scam scam scam because on the phone they say one thing when you arrive they say a totally different thing.

The key machine at Home Depot was out of order so I found my way to Paul’s by recommendation. I’ll never go to that silly key machine again. Chip at the counter was super friendly and personable, and I had my keys made in no time at a super reasonable cost. Unlike those key machines, I know that this key will work and I’ll never go anywhere else For all things lock and key based on chips service!

Well, the kiosk itself was easy to use, $10 for one key is ridiculous. Literally two doors down there was another business offering in-house key replacement for $2.25. Had I known that I would’ve never used the kiosk. Ridiculously priced.

I had a great experience with 1 Hour Locksmith. Matt came out and rekeyed my house quickly and professionally, making sure everything worked smoothly before he left. He also installed and fully set up my Eufy video doorbell, walked me through the app, and made sure notifications and camera angles were dialed in perfectly.

Super knowledgeable, on time, and very easy to work with. Everything looks clean and works exactly how it should. Highly recommend if you need rekeying, lock work, or home security installs.

Needed a couple of keys and the people at Lowe’s directed me to the self-made key machine. I was skeptical but did it anyway. How easy was that! Just insert the key, select your style, pay for it and wait. Now the question was would they work. (I’ve had custom cut keys that were poorly made.) Got home and tried them and they were perfect. Would use this again.
