On April 24, I called a technician from KeyMe Locksmith to fix
the broken knob on the door. During inspection, the
technician dropped the part accidently and broke the strake
at the bottom of the door and the tile beneath the blanket. And he did not install
the smart lock properly after inspection, and it is not
working now. He refused to repair it or compensate for it,
and charged us $700 for the service fee. We did not make
an agreement. He left with anger and said bad words to us.
In the next day, I tried to contact his supervisor in the
company but he refused to answer the phone call.

Chris is a very smart guy. More importantly, he is an amazing listener and able to explain and troubleshoot very easily. Excellent communication. My first time speaking to a locksmith and I was impressed by Chris. Our house lock needed to have the cylinder repaired and re-keyed. It was an old lock and it wouldn’t turn anymore! The onsite technician Adrian (a great guy as well!) came to our house on time as scheduled and in about half an hour had everything done. Thank you Chris, Adrian and B&B Lock & Security for saving our home lock security and giving our family peace of mind. The experience was an amazing one! Highly recommend this business.

DONOT WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE; very rude;
When I called them for help, they told me on the phone they will come to open our house door in 50min, after an hour they said the technician will be there in 20min, after two 1.5hr when I called them they just picked up the phone and drop the call! Unbelievable, right? And after that they just stop to even pick up!!!!

They charge higher price after dark, and maybe they intentionally wanted to delay so they can charge more. Either way, I found them very dishonest, rude, and unprofessional!

If I could I would give them zero star, or even negative stars; because they try to take advantage of you when are in need and are locked out of your home!
