These guys were amazing. Our house keys were stolen and we needed to re-key our locks. They called back immediately and showed up to my house only a few hours after my initial call to re-key our home. They were kind, courteous, extremely professional and super efficient. They gave us much needed peace of mind at a very reasonable price too. I’m very thankful I called these guys!

He was there in less than an hour after I called him and in the time it took me to go to the bank and come straight back he had already programmed the new key fob and was almost finished cutting the key, and that was with all keys lost! Truly great service if needed will definitely be calling him again!

They lie about how long they’ll take to arrive. For me I was informed that they’d arrive about 30 minutes from the original call. They took an hour longer and if you cancel they’ll charge you more than the cost of the service.

Your keys do not work and there is no recourse to get them right. Even though your machines supposedly copies the inserted key it is not precise enough to pick up any little difference in the copied key. I purchased 3 keys @ $5 ea and now can’t get my money back along with now having to pay again for new keys.
