Copies didn’t work for me, I think that the blank keys they use are slightly off. I had to Jimmu and turn and push and pull and turn and 1 in 10 times it would work.
Another lock didn’t work at all.
A third one worked just fine.

It’s quick and convenient.

And if you mention there was a problem, on they follow up website link, you’ll likely get refunded.

Secured Locksmith is the best! Flushed my Toyota Key Fob with keys attached down the toilet and unable to retrieve them! Called and explained my desperate situation for help to John. He said he’d be here within a few hours and he was. Brought a new key fob to program and he was able to make the 6 keys that I needed too. Very reasonably priced, great customer service, reliable and efficient! My new Locksmith Company go to when needed!

Got my purse stolen with my keys inside. Jorge saved me! He made me a new key fob and programmed it in less than 45 mins. Great customer service and very professional. Great price too! Came here to get a spare key to replace my old worn out key. They gave me a good price compared to other places and they were friendly got straight to work and the new key worked perfectly! So close to my house as well so I know where to go next time I need a spare key!

Hopefully don’t have to call them again, but definitely will if I need to. Very affordable. Bought a used car and was at the DMV, didn’t know this car could not be locked. Learned the hard way. None of the keyholes worked. Called many shops husband was also looking for me while at work. Found Lakewood lock and was done. He keeps on contact with you till he shows up. Very reliable and again, affordable.

Be very, very careful with this company. I called them told them my problem. The Safe operated fine except when you put the key in it went a little too far, but the lock mechanism worked fine and said that they could fix it the way I wanted it. The man gets out here takes a sweet time all day replaces parts without asking for authorization! I guess for 125 bucks an hour they’re gonna take their time. They charge to come out and even charge for a tool bag charge. I had never heard of such a thing. The Safe had only one issue the key was turning too far. All I needed was the key part to be fixed, but he changed dials and God knows what else ihe didn’t even ask for authorization.then he hands me a bill for $530. I could buy a whole Safe for $530. Be very careful total scam!!! BE CAREFUL!!!!! That is a total absolute lie when I called they told me $95 service charge plus a $25 tool fee and then it was 125 an hour that is not true an absolute lie. And that doesn’t explain the fact that if it needed parts, I should’ve been consulted before so don’t come on here and act like you did nothing wrong maybe you oughta think about making it right I’m sure I’m not the first person.! I did not show you out of your money. I looked at it and I told him my displeasure I was in shock, but I did not try to hang out with you or not pay you. I paid you the full amount! I’m not that type of person they want something for nothing but I hate to be screwed in the end and that’s what I feel like happened. The man obviously did not know how to work on that Locke. He should’ve told me that he didn’t have the experience to do it. I would’ve called another company. And be very careful about your accusation about me throwing the credit card. I tossed it up on the counter and it’s all on camera and I will put the video on here to show that your technician is a bold face liar!!! It’s all on camera!! The man had no idea what he was doing, and it was so obvious. Maybe you need to hire a better caliber of an employee to do this kind of work, but if he wants to come back and lie, I would be more than happy to share the videotape with you! I will post it for all to see.!! Everything he did was on camera.

I saw the kiosk in my local grocery store and thought how convenient. Convenience comes with a cost. The keys are expensive. I had already started the process and didn’t feel like going to my local hardware store to pay less. My rating is based on convenience. Next time I know to plan better and shop around for a better price.
