First time using the machine it failed to produce a key. Second attempt was successful and the key works well. My credit card was charged for two keys when I only received one. My rating will change when my cc statement shows a correction.

It was a pretty easy machine to use to create new key copies. I just wish maps let me know the kiosk was inside of a Safeway. Drove around the building looking for a storefront, but couldn’t find anything. I was also disappointed in the key quality. The copies I made only work on the outer door of my house and not the inner.
